Mail form along with payment directly to Buddhaful Kids Yoga, 22 Edmunds Road, Wellesley, MA 02481. Make checks ($150 per session) payable to Buddhaful Kids Yoga. All classes are held at Laughing Dog Yoga Studio (159 Linden Street in Wellesley).

Kiddie Yoga at 4:00pm (coed ages 7 to 12)

Teen Yoga at 5:15pm (coed ages 13 to 17)

Session 1: $150

  • Tuesdays: Sept 6, 13, 20, 27, Oct 4, 11, 18, 25

Session 2: $150

  • Tuesdays: Nov 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, Dec 6, 13, 20

Session 3: $150

  • Tuesdays: Jan 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, Feb 7, 14, 28

Session 4: $72

  • Tuesdays: March 6, 13, 20, 27

Always available for private lessons and birthday parties. Also send me to your sporting practice - I love working with athletes at the end of their practice so their muscles don't get tight.

**No classes during Wellesley Public School vacations.

What to Bring: A yoga mat and eye pillow to avoid sharing infections.

Please email me at mkchryssicas@comcast.net to let me know if your child has any limiting abilities or fears. It helps to know in advance of any old injuries, ADD or ADHD, shyness, eating issues, childhood developmental delays. There's no need to sign up with a friend because we become one big happy group!
