What to Bring: A yoga mat and eye pillow to avoid sharing infections.

Please email me at mkchryssicas@comcast.net to let me know if your child has any limiting abilities or fears. It helps to know in advance of any old injuries, ADD or ADHD, shyness, eating issues, childhood developmental delays. There's no need to sign up with a friend because we become one big happy group!
