Yogi of the month!

    We posed a few questions to our yogi of the month and this is what she had to say:
  • How old are you? 9
  • What made you decide to try yoga? I thought it would be fun.
  • What are your favorite poses? Cat, dog, steeple grip, and tree.
  • How do you feel after yoga class? Good and stretched.
  • Describe your teacher... She's funny and really nice and fun to talk with.
  • Is there anything embarrassing that she's done in yoga class? Not really.
  • Have you taught your brothers yoga and if so what was their reaction? Yes and they weren't very flexible.
  • Has your dog tried it? Yes, he can do downward dog!
  • Did friends like your yoga birthday party? Yes, they did a lot!
